For products that have power faults, we are required by our supplier to provide a video. Please upload a short video of the faulty product. In all other instances, photos of the faulty or incorrect product are sufficient.
I understand that change of mind product returns must be returned within 7 days of delivery receipt and the package must be unused and unopened.
